This is a beautiful example of an Elias Howe treadle, complete with all its parts, shuttle, bobbins, needles, extra feet, even the manual (although manual is in rough shape).

The machine itself has pretty decent decals, beautiful tension mechanism on the top, and that characteristic "Elias Howe" gold medallion on the bed.

This machine has no handwheel; instead it is driven by a cylinder mechanism under the table. Irons are in great shape, treadle and flywheel move smoothly.
