Husqvarna Model 10

This is a model 10, made in 1951, a 3/4-size machine in a bentwood case.

HVhcFront

It's obviously a vibrating shuttle (VS) machine, with a relatively sophisticated eject button...

HVhcShuttle

It has an original handcrank, very solid and smooth...

HVhcCrank

It came in a bentwood case with a tag on it from one "P. Bakker," presumably in Holland, since the language is Dutch...

HVhcBakker

It's serial number C10 6828.

HVhcSerNo

The underside is green, curiously...

HVhcUnder

The back...

HVhcBack

The logo on the bed...

HVhcBedLogo

Same logo on the tag at the base of the pillar, with the model number and the indication that it takes system 705 needles, the ones most commonly available today...

HVhcBadge

The faceplate is unornamented...

HVhcFaceplt

There are two additional feet, one a narrow coucher and the other a narrow hemmer...

HVhcFeet

The cover is very pretty from the front and back, and the original key is still with the machine.

This machine is sold.
