I love Vikings. My first "real" sewing machine, purchased when I couldn't really afford it, was a Viking 6570, that I used well over 40 hours a week for 18 years. It's still going strong. Later, I bought a model 1100 just for the buttonholes, the best buttonholes on any machine I've ever used. Now that I'm into vintage machines, I've got two model 21s that are just cute as bugs, as well as a Husquavarna handcrank in a bentwood case.
